Downloadable and Other Digital Products
Unfortunately there are ABSOUTELY no refunds for downloadable and other digital products. This includes Video Lesson Tutorials, Worksheets, Charts and Play-Along Tracks The reason for this is because there is no possible way to return a digital product once it's downloaded. If you need to view the content of our video lesson tutorials prior to your purchase, previews are available for most of our product downloads. If you're experiencing issues downloading a digital product, here are some common solutions that may help
Try a Different Web Browser
If nothing happens when you attempt to start your download, or if you see an error message during the download process, try using another web browser. Supported browsers include Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and Opera. There may be a temporary issue or incompatible setting with the browser you originally used that's preventing the download.
Check Your Anti-Virus Software And Firewall
In certain cases, your anti-virus software can block the download of a game or software from our server. You may need to add and to your list of trusted sites, or allow downloads from Amazon.com if your browser displays a security warning. Also make sure your anti-virus and spyware software is up-to-date.
Restart The Download
Some network connections and secure VPNs have additional restrictions that may block your download. If possible, switch to a different connection and try your download again. If you’re downloading a particularly large file, we recommend using a stable and fast broadband connection.
There is no tracking data available once a package leaves the United States. Therefore we are not responsible for lost or stolen product shipped outside of the Unites States. In the event that a package is not received GiftedPlayer.com, at our discretion may assist our customer in reasonable solution determined by Giftedplayer.com.
